Additional Updates to the MDS 3.0 RAI Manual
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has issued additional updates to the MDS 3.0 RAI manual. The most current changes are in Chapter 3, sections B - Hearing, Speech and Vision, D - Mood, E - Behavior, F - Preferences for Customary Routine and Activities, H - Bladder and Bowel, K - Swallowing/Nutritional Status and X - Correction Request.
