CMS Updates the ADL Flowchart
On June 14, 2010, the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) issued an updated version of the ADL Flowchart. This algorithm will assist staff in the completion of the ADL assessment section of the MDS 3.0. To view the revised document click here.
