MDS 3.0 Manual Updates - Section G and Q
On June 15, 2010, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services issued updates to sections G - Functional Status and Q - Participation in Assessment and Goal Setting of the MDS 3.0 RAI manual. These updates are in addition to the updates released over the last several weeks. To date, revisions have been made to Chapter 3, Sections: B, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, N, P, Q, X and Z.
