RUG-IV Implementation Set for October 1, 2010
On April 22, 2010, CMS publicly announced during the Open Door Forum that efforts are underway to deal with confusion regarding the implementation date for RUG-IV. At present, providers should continue to assume an October 1, 2010 implementation and get the training needed, as offered by State Associations.
