“We have very good assessments from our psychiatrist because we are affiliated with a psychiatric hospital, so we are able to stay on top of the QM/QI 10.1 Anti-psychotic use, but when we looked at the EQUIP dementia reports, we saw that our rate for anti-psychotics was higher for those residents than we expected, so we have our pharmacist working on that using the list of residents that triggered and comparing them with residents who triggered on the EQUIP measure for undetected pain.
